About Us

Who We Are and Why We Created MoneySandbox

We are a team of three science and computer geeks who are also active real estate investors.

Between the three of us we have over 100 years experience developing software systems and algorithms in various areas of science and technology. This includes flight control systems for spaceships and satellites, artificial intelligence, medical imaging, surgical navigation, and robotic vision.

When we started investing in real estate we took a very natural for us systematic approach. Each of us created our own software tools to help us plan and analyze our real estate investment projects. These tools were efficient but not very user friendly so we could not easily share them with friends who were also interested in real estate.

We started thinking about an intuitive and easy to use all-in-one system that would allow real estate investors to integrate all aspects of their journey towards financial success (both real estate and non real estate).

This system would help real estate investors to see the big picture along with all the important details and make decisions with confidence. It would have to live in the cloud so we could work with it on our laptops when we are at home or on our phones when we are driving around looking at properties.

MoneySandbox is such a system. It came out of several years of experimenting with spreadsheets, graphs, algorithms, and websites. It is the system we always wanted for ourselves. We could not find it anywhere, so we had to create it. Now you can use it too.
